Refrigerators. . .
It is recommended to clean the condenser out at least once a year, preferably twice
a year, by doing so not only you'll be saving energy but you will almost guaranty
no service calls for a long time, 80% of the service calls on refrigerators are
due to overheating issues and mainly because of lack of maintenance.
Please refer to you owner's manual for instructions in how to clean condenser or
log in to your factory's site.
Please let us know if you have any suggestions, so we can improve

Dishwasher. . .
If you are the kind of people that like to clean the dishes before you put them
in the dishwasher, well. . . Now you can stop ! ! ! !
Dishwashers now days do all of that work for you, you are supposed to clear the chunks
of food off your plates and put them in the dishwasher as they are, believe it or
not must of the expensive DW's uses the grease from your food to lubricate the motors
in the sump area.
Typically on a dishwasher that is used once a day every day, it is recommended to
clean the inside out with 5 oz. of white vinegar in a short glass standing up on
the bottom rack and run it on a normal cycle without dishes every four to six months
depending on the amount of soap used on every wash, some factories recommend to
use dishwasher bath instead of vinegar. Remember, to prevent your warranty to be
voided, it is important to refer to factory owner's manual to check what they recommend.
